Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping: Available on all orders over $100 USD.
Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight for orders under $100.

Delivery Times

United States: 5-10 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: 10-21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. LUMIVEZA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to North America and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@lumiveza.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LUMIVEZA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
