Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Lumiveza is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lumiveza.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Lumiveza is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
